Who is Remi?
VERTX's hiring agent: what it does for you, where its evidence comes from, and what it will never do.
Your hiring agent
Remi is the hiring agent inside your VERTX dashboard. You describe the work in your own words, Remi builds the brief with you, agrees what matters, and shows you two or three engineers who fit, one at a time.
Where its evidence comes from
Every match is read against your brief using three sources:
- The engineer's CV.
- The profile the engineer built and VERTX reviewed.
- What VERTX saw in its own vetting: the interview, the sealed coding task and the review of their code.
Only fully vetted engineers
Remi searches engineers who have passed every VERTX stage and hold a level VERTX awarded. Nobody halfway through vetting is shown, and a level an engineer only claims is never presented as assessed.
What Remi will never do
Remi will not record or act on a protected characteristic, such as age, sex, race, nationality or religion, however it is phrased. It will not share another company's information or an engineer's contact details, and it does not decide who you hire: you do.
