Making an offer, the Master Services Agreement, and who in your company can sign.
The Master Services Agreement
Your engagements are covered by one Master Services Agreement with VERTX, signed at your first offer. Each engagement then has its own order form.
Who can sign
Anyone with Can sign ticked can sign the MSA, order forms and notices. Hiring colleagues can prepare an offer, and sending it needs a signer.
