How each week of work is shown, reviewed and invoiced in Billing.
Week by week
Billing shows each week of an engagement and its state, from planned and working to in review and released.
Review and approval
A finished week is in review for seven days, then released. Approve now releases it early. If something is wrong, tell us and that week is held while VERTX sorts it out.
Days not worked
Days not worked roll forward. If an engagement ends with money unused, it is refunded to how you paid.
Invoices and payment methods
Invoices, payment methods and who receives invoices are all in Billing, for Owners, Admins and Billing colleagues.
Notice
In the first twelve working days you can stop with a day's notice and pay only the days used. After that, notice is 14 days.
