How Remi is kept fair: protected characteristics refused, evidence shown, and a person deciding.
Protected characteristics are refused
Remi will not record or act on age, sex, race, nationality, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic. A level of English the work genuinely needs is allowed; a nationality is not. This is enforced in our systems, not only asked of the AI.
Evidence, shown
Every grade shows the evidence it rests on and where that evidence came from, so you can check it yourself.
A person decides
Remi suggests; you decide who to meet and who to hire. Engineers decide whether to meet you.
