Roles and permissions
Owner, Admin, Hiring, Billing and Viewer: who can search, pay, invite and sign.
The roles
- Owner: everything, including people, roles, security, billing, signing and verification.
- Admin: people and roles (except making an Owner), security, and everything Hiring can do.
- Hiring: searches, pipeline, interviews, messages and offers. Sending an offer needs a signer.
- Billing: balance, payment methods, invoices and refunds.
- Viewer: can see roles, engineers and billing, and change nothing.
Can sign
A separate tick on any role. It allows signing the MSA, order forms and notices.
Remi memory
Everyone can read Remi memory. Owners, Admins and Hiring colleagues can change it.
